ASM Registration

All content presented at the ASM (including slides, data, abstracts, and discussions) is confidential and remains the intellectual property of the presenting authors or their institutions. They include preliminary or unpublished research and must not be cited, reproduced, or disclosed publicly without explicit consent.

Attendees are expected to respect all confidentiality requirements associated with clinical and scientific information presented. By registering for and attending this meeting, you agree not to distribute any presentation materials without prior written permission from the presenter and/or GI Cancer Trials. If you are unsure whether information can be shared, please seek permission from the presenter or GI Cancer Trials before doing so.

Please note that photography, video, and audio recording may take place during the ASM. By attending this event, you acknowledge this and consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded, and to the use of these images and recordings by GI Cancer Trials for legitimate purposes. These include, but are not limited to:

– event reporting
– internal records
– promotional and marketing materials
– websites, presentations, and social media.

Images captured at this event may be processed using facial recognition technology, but strictly only for internal purposes such as event operations. Facial recognition data will be handled according to international security standards and the GI Cancer Trials Privacy Policy, and will not be made publicly available.

Tip: If you are attending more than one day, select the "Full ASM" option. A full conference ticket costs less than two single-day tickets.
